For more of 30 years, Ghirelli® has partnered with the Holy See to create and produce the Official Rosaries which are donated by the Holy Father during his many Audiences and Apostolic Journeys. We created a Collection expressing the highest levels of Italian craftsmanship, characterized by the exceptional finishes and careful attention to every detail.
In 2005 Ghirelli® received a request to create the Official Rosary for the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris, in France. Our goal was to represent the magnificence of one of the most beautiful Cathedrals in the world — where the enchanting statue of the Holy Virgin with Jesus is adored. Notre Dame Cathedral authorities have entrusted Ghirelli®️ with the design and production of the official Rosary that will celebrate the historic event of the cathedral's reopening Dec. 8, 2024.
Its permanent collection of eight million works is the largest in the world. It ranks third in the list of most-visited art museums in the world. For the 2024 exhibition of Michelangelo's works (“Michelangelo: the last decades”), Ghirelli® will feature exclusive Rosaries incorporating the artist's masterpieces.
A shared Mission unites Hallow®️ and Ghirelli®️ to help many on their Faith journey. From the meeting between the famous Italian Catholic Brand and the No. 1 Catholic App in the world comes an exclusive Collection with an unmistakable design, where every single detail is synonymous with prayer.
Ghirelli® creativity is in the service of the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary in Fatima, Portugal. We were asked by the Fatima Shrine to interpret its message in our unmistakable style. For this endeavor we have created a unique and fascinating Collection, properly evinced in its superior Italian-made quality.
Wonderful reproductions — small perfect works in size and detail — have been designed to evoke the emotion of finding oneself at the Cova da Iria.
The Knock National Shrine acknowledged Ghirelli’s artistic skills in asking us to create for them a Rosary Collection of clear identity, knowing full-well that when visiting Knock an overwhelming peace permeates the soul.
Ghirelli® was asked to create a Rosary for the Shrine of the Queen of Peace in Medjugorie, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The details epitomize the originality of the place that has become a pilgrimage destination for millions of faithful people worldwide.
Each detail is inspired by the famous Marian Shrine, and becomes an expression of Faith and a source for meditation.
”We are grateful to Ghirelli® for their partnership in offering the Official Rosary of the 10th National Eucharistic Congress and Pilgrimage. Our Lady wants to teach us how to draw near to her Eucharistic Son and we hope that this special Rosary will encourage many to join their prayers to Hers for the renewal of our Church and our world.”
— Most Reverend Andrew H. Cozzens Bishop of Crookston, MN
